The Winter Blend combines two natural process coffees: Mexico from Sierra Sur, Oaxaca and Ethiopia from Gera, in the Oromia Region. Light-to-medium roasted to highlight its vibrant character, this coffee offers a sweet, gently tart profile with flavour notes reminiscent of fruit cake: dried berries, subtle spice, and a soft, syrupy finish.
