We ship through a combination of our own local delivery network, Royal Mail and Fedex. The method we use for an order depends on a number of factors; delivery location, package size and weight, goods value and speed of delivery required.

Sorry but we don't currently ship outside of the UK.

Returns

Non Faulty Items

At roasted we appreciate it's sometimes a challenge when purchasing certain products online. We do our best to supply as much information as possible direct from the manufacturers. We are happy to accept back returns based on the following terms:
You may return new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Please send unwanted and unused items in their original packaging, with any tags and labeling attached. You will be required to pay postage when returning items to us. We recommend using a recorded mail service like 'Royal Mail Signed For' so you have confirmation of delivery back to us. In the unlikely event that we have sent an item in error then we would pay the return shipping cost e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item. Please supply a copy of your invoice/receipt in the parcel.

Once received, we will process an exchange or refund as required. Items returned outside of the 28 day period, will be dealt with on an individual basis, in which Roasted Coffee Ltd's discretion will be used. Items returned over 28 days can only be exchanged for store credit.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty and not worn out then please let us know so that we can warranty the item with the manufacturer. This may involve either just sending us a photo of the fault or in some cases we will need the item back to send on for assessment.

Refund Processing

You should expect to receive your refund within 28 days of roasted receiving the package however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
