This is our most lightly roasted blend. Packed with sweetness, it’s a beautiful choice for both espresso and filter brewing. It combines complex, juicy, tropical bodies from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta cooperative in Colombia, that uses agricultural practices sensitive to the natural environment and biodiversity; sweet and nutty flavours from Fabio’s sustainable farm in Brazil; and sweet, fruity tastes from La Bastilla farm in Nicaragua, characterised by microclimates, shade trees and volcanic soil that help produce very special coffee qualities.
