Bensa, Sidama is characterised by its ideal coffee-growing conditions: High altitudes, fertile soil, and a suitable climate, all of which contribute to the exceptional flavour profile. And this coffee is no different, boasting flavours like blueberry and parma violets to create a floral, fruity taste. This lot comes from smallholders belonging to the Sidama group, who speak the local languages Sidaamu Afoo and Amharic.
